I offer in-depth therapeutic and coaching work for people willing to commit to the time and continuity this process requires. If this aligns with what you are looking for, please enquire about an initial appointment.
Please note that I am not currently offering evening or weekend sessions. Online only on Mondays. Face to face or online Tues, Wed and Thurs.
FEES
Coaching and therapeutic coaching for individuals
- £125 for 60 mins, £180 for 90 mins, £230 for 120 mins - self-funded
- £155 for 60 mins - employer funded, business funded* or Access to Work funded (*Business-funded includes sole traders where sessions are paid for by the business or claimed as a business expense)
Suggested frequency - weekly, fortnightly, monthly or ad hoc by agreement.
Relationship Coaching
- £145 for 60 mins (self-funded)
- £155 for 60 mins (business-funded)
Relationship Coaching packages (read more here):
- Relationship Refocus: £550
- Intensive Relationship Coaching - £1,050
Weekly individual therapy sessions (60 mins same day and time each week)
- £90 per hour for individuals (regular weekly sessions only) - self funded
- £95 per hour - employer funded
NB Payment is required in advance of sessions. Late payments may incur an admin fee.
Previous therapy clients: please contact me if you wish to re-engage and to discuss availability and fee structures.
Cancellations Policy
Coaching and therapy require commitment and continuity. This policy reflects the time reserved and the preparation involved in each session.
- 7 days' notice or more - no fee
- Between 7 days and 48 hours notice – 50% of session fee
- Less than 48 hours – full session fee payable
This is outlined in the contract which is provided before our work begins.
